The junior section is part of the German Near and Middle East Association (NUMOV). Alongside facilitating dialog between cultures through the development of personal contacts and cooperation with related institutions, it aims to take an active role in important current debates.
The junior section depends on the cooperation of all those who are active in the wide spectrum of German and Oriental culture.
The junior section sees itself as a bridge head in the region and as a platform assisting its members to bring together and pass on their diverse experiences. Active juniors up to the age of 37 have the chance to get involved as members of the junior section of the German Near and Middle East Association.
The annual fee for membership of the junior section is 45 EUR.
